Transportation Options

Many of our regular customers have realized significant cost savings by utilizing our services. Outsourcing transportation is cost-effective in terms of both fiscal and human resources. When you call a typical shipper, you have to handle all the details. We specialize in the transportation of sensitive and high-value products, such as data-processing and medical equipment, printing systems, semiconductor equipment, and satellite and telecommunications equipment.  We also handle shipments for trade show tours and special products like retail display units. We provide complete logistical solutions, including packaging and transit insurance.

 

Exclusive Use Direct  - With exclusive-use vehicle, you determine the schedule.

  • Packing crew to arrive at scheduled time.

  • Standard packing materials including large-bubble antistatic bubble wrap and D containers.

  • Exclusive use, air-ride lift gate truck to arrive at scheduled time, with driver, helper, and equipped with satellite tracking.

  • Inside pick-up and inside delivery.

  • Temperature controlled trucks available at additional cost.

  • Regular truck updates throughout transport, based on your needs.

  • Nonstop transport with delivery ASAP or per your appointment.

 

LTL Ground – Padded Van

  • Driver and helper to pack and transport shipment on air-ride truck. Lift-gate available upon request.

  • Standard packing materials include blankets, corner protectors, straps, logistic bars. Antistatic bubble-wrap and boxes are available upon request.

  • Includes inside pick-up and inside delivery.

  • Pick-up may occur any time within required 72-hour window. Appointment pick-up is available at additional cost.

  • Transit time is 5-7 business days. 24-hour delivery notice available upon request.

 

LTL Ground – Freight

  • The economical choice – general freight environment, requires adequate pre-packing.

  • Single driver. Includes pick-up from loading dock and delivery to loading dock. Dock required, lift-gate truck available at additional cost.

  • Pick-up may occur any time during the business day. Appointment pick-up and delivery available at additional cost.

  • Transit time is 3-5 business days.

 

Air Charter         - With exclusive-use vehicle, you determine the schedule.

  • We provide onsite packing and/or crating.

  • Expedited, exclusive-use transportation to airport.

  • Expedited air transportation via exclusive use charter aircraft.

  • Expedited, exclusive-use transportation to destination.

 

Air Freight

  • We provide pre-packing, transportation to crating facility, and expedited crating. Onsite crating may be available.

  • You choose between the following transit time options:

    • Next day (pick-up prior to 11AM required)

    • Two day

    • Three day

  • Delivery may occur any time during the business day.
